حذف حسابك في رايق

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به.

كيف تطلب الحذف

  1. سجّل الدخول إلى تطبيق رايق أو www.rayeq.ly.
  2. افتح الدعم وأنشئ تذكرة جديدة بعنوان «حذف الحساب».
  3. سنؤكد الطلب معك داخل التذكرة ثم نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا.

إذا لم تتمكن من الدخول، أرسل الطلب من بريدك إلى support@rayeq.ly واذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل، وسنتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب قبل الحذف.

ما الذي يُحذف

اسمك ورقم هاتفك وكلمة المرور، وعناوين التوصيل، والسلال المحفوظة، ورموز الإشعارات، ومحتوى تذاكر الدعم.

ما الذي نحتفظ به

سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات المكتملة نحتفظ بها مدة أقصاها 5 سنوات لأغراض المحاسبة والالتزامات القانونية، دون ربطها ببيانات تواصل يمكن استخدامها بعد الحذف. إذا كان لديك طلب قيد التنفيذ، نكمله أو نلغيه أولًا.

Delete your account

Sign in to the Rayeq app or www.rayeq.ly, open Support and create a new ticket titled “Delete account”. We confirm in the ticket and delete the account within 30 days. If you cannot sign in, email support@rayeq.ly from your address with the phone number on the account.

Deleted: your name, phone number, password, delivery addresses, saved carts, notification tokens and support ticket contents. Kept: records of completed orders and payments, for up to 5 years for accounting and legal obligations, without contact details. Orders in progress are completed or cancelled first.
